It’s been just over a week since ILMxLAB announced that Frank Oz will reprise his iconic role as Jedi Master Yoda in Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge. Today, they peeled back the curtain even further, revealing Temple of Darkness—an interactive VR short that takes place during Lucasfilm’s new The High Republic era. It’s an exciting new adventure in a galaxy far, far away, and it’s coming to the Oculus Quest Platform as part of Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge on November 19.

The High Republic is set hundreds of years before the events of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, when the Jedi Order and Galactic Republic are at their apex. An entirely new fictional space, The High Republic will include interconnected stories spread across multiple platforms and media. In Temple of Darkness, players will step into the shoes of Ady Sun’Zee (voiced by Ellie Araiza), a Jedi Padawan studying at a remote Jedi research facility on Batuu. The sole survivor after a mysterious relic unleashes a torrent of evil, she must work alongside Jedi Master Yoda to confront the darkness that now lurks within the temple walls—and within herself.

Mark your calendars—Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge comes to the Quest Platform November 19.
