Time to up your college basketball experience—NCAA March Madness Live VR is now available for Gear VR on the Oculus Store!

For the second year, we’ve partnered with the NCAA, Turner Sports, CBS Sports, and Intel to take you courtside for all the tournament action. This year, new content and features will take that front-row experience to the next level. Now you can choose your team and customize your locker room in their colors—complete with your MVP’s jersey on display.

You’ll be able to watch six live VR games as March Madness heats up—with West Region coverage of the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight available in VR for the very first time. Here’s the full schedule of coverage:

  • March 23—Both Regional Semi-Final Games in San Jose
  • March 25—Regional Finals in San Jose
  • April 1—Both Final Four Match-Ups in Phoenix
  • April 3—Championship Game in Phoenix

To watch a live broadcast in VR, choose from one of the premium ticket options in the app. A silver ticket ($1.99 per game) provides an amazing single-camera courtside view with featured commentary from the CBS broadcast, while gold’s VIP access ($2.99 per game, $7.99 for all six games) lets fans watch fully produced VR coverage with multiple camera angles and dedicated game commentary specific to the VR experience.

Rapid Replays
Missed one of the live broadcasts? Even if you didn’t purchase a ticket, you can watch key highlights from all six games in VR—just make sure to avoid spoilers in the meantime!

Better with Brackets
We added a new bracket view, so anyone can keep track of their teams as the competition unfolds. Plus, don’t miss 2D highlight videos, key stats, and a virtual shot chart that lets you experience the action as the teams take it to the hole in VR.

Get in the Game
After you download the app, you can use Oculus Events to receive notifications the morning of each game and right before tip-off.

We’re excited to partner with the NCAA, Turner Sports, CBS Sports, and Intel to give you unparalleled access to the nail-biting finale of the 2017 college basketball season. See you on the court.
