This week, we released several titles and updates across the Oculus Platform. Here’s a rundown of the highlights:
Time Transit VR
Go back in time on an adventure that takes you from mountain peaks all the way to the depths of the ocean and brings you face-to-face with wildlife from the past.
This Oculus Launch Pad grant recipient tells the tale of two children searching for their father after a mysterious village catastrophe. The episodic narrative turns you into the children’s guardian, helping them on their quest for answers in this richly illustrated experience.
WITHIN Update: Anote’s Ark
WITHIN, which houses breathtaking VR content from the world’s leading VR creators, adds Anote’s Ark to its library on Oculus Go. This documentary by Matthieu Rytz shows what could happen to the Pacific island nation of Kiribati, its inhabitants, and its culture when the sea levels inevitably rise to swallow up their land.
Previously available on Gear VR, Nomads takes you on a journey across different parts of the Earth, immersing you in a variety of nomadic cultures. Spend a day with Yak Herders in Mongolia, Maasai in Kenya, and Bajaus living off the coast in Borneo.
