Sensor Technical Program Manager

As a Sensor Technical Program Manager at Oculus Research in Redmond you will work with a world-class group of researchers, engineers and management developing the next generation of sensors and imagers to drive our industry-leading augmented reality systems. Your main responsibilities will be to program manage all the deliverables of the Sensor Research Team to meet the Oculus product roadmap requirements with high quality and on time.


  • Work closely with sensor team and researchers tracking the definition of next generation imager and 3D sensor architectures
  • Help define and drive internal processes for on time delivery of prototypes and engineering samples
  • Own engineering requirement documents timely delivery and internal signoff
  • Define development, delivery and qualifications schedule to match internal sampling requirements
  • Work with and drive internal teams and vendors on schedule management, deliverables, issue resolution and action items tracking
  • Manage delivery of test samples
  • Organize/lead required face to face on site meeting with vendors

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing mixed signal silicon projects
  • 5+ years of experience with hands-on engineering work
  • Experience with pre-tapeout silicon development methodology and flow (analog and digital)
  • Experience with post-silicon qualification, validation and characterization processes and deliverables
  • Organizational and planning skills, detail orientation
  • Able to perform and lead under occasional crisis situation
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • BSEE
