As part of China Factory Operations for Oculus, you will be responsible managing day to day operations with our global manufacturing partners in South China. You will work directly with our advanced manufacturing engineering, quality, reliability, manufacturing test, hardware and electrical engineering, product safety & compliance, as well as corporate social responsibility teams to ensure the successful execution of launches of our products. The main focus will be to launch our high-quality products cost competitively, and with the focused responsiveness to ensure product availability in the channels at the required times.
Ultimately, you will be the leader on the ground in our Final Assembly, Test, and Packout Facilities (FATP) and executing as the leader to ensure execution as agreed to by several x-functional teams in South China. Ensuring partner compliance with our launch volumes, costs, quality, reliability and social responsibility are all key metrics for this role.
