The AR/VR organization includes Oculus and Portal products, augmented and virtual reality software and content, and research and development labs. We plan to release multiple products and technologies over the next few years that will define new categories and advance Facebook's mission of bringing the world closer together.
We are looking for a Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead to fully own and support strategy and operations across the entire AR/VR Marketing organization. The ideal candidate has experience in strategic planning, has built and managed high performing teams, and is a data-driven self-starter who proactively identifies and solves problems while continuously seeking ways to improve and drive efficiencies into the organization. This individual thrives in and enjoys a fast-paced, cross-functional, and action-oriented environment and is passionate about mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
This role is based in Menlo Park, with expected travel up to 10% of time.
