Product Management Lead, Enterprise AR/VR

This organization is at the leading edge of innovating new product categories that advance Facebook's mission of connecting the world. The Facebook AR/VR team seeks a Product Management Lead for the Oculus for Business platform. This position is full-time and is based at our Menlo Park or Seattle offices.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall product strategy and portfolio for Oculus for Business platform.
  • Define platform requirements from an IT perspective, including provisioning, application entitlement, security, identity, content management, analytics, etc.
  • Define in-VR end-user experience for business users.
  • Work closely with the larger Oculus platform team and other Facebook product teams to integrate technology, services and applications into the offering.
  • Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, designers and user researchers.
  • Lead a team of product managers and offer organizational design thinking to best structure the team and equip them for success in their goals.
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management focused on enterprise with hardware experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams.
  • 5+ years of management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership.
