Meditation is an amazing practice to help us find inner peace. When we couple it with journalling, we have even more space for inner wisdom to emerge!Have you ever been curious about meditation, beginning or strengthening your current practice, or even just learning more tools to help you advance? This space will allow for you to really settle into your mind and body, while learning to be the quiet observer. Here, we will take time to learn what meditation is, create space for mindfulness and practice becoming the natural observer to all of life's experiences.
