May is National Sports Month, a time to celebrate movement, fitness, and the athlete in all of us. To mark the occasion, we're inviting you to join our HOLOFIT Virtual Sports Day! Complete our special Mini Triathlon challenge: 1) Primary HOLOFIT Use – Start with your favorite cardio workout: cycling, rowing, or running, 2) Combo Workout – Mix things up! Chose your favorite Combo exercises and complete a workout, and 3) Freestyle Rowing (5 minutes) – Finish strong with 5 minutes of freestyle rowing to fire up your core and get those abs burning! Complete all three parts and you'll officially be part of our Virtual Sports Day Champions!
