The New Year is full of ‘go hard or go home’, ‘no pain, no gain’ and ‘new year, new me’ type messages. But we don’t believe in going hard in January for the motivation to drop off a few weeks later. And so we’re taking a stand against exercise being full of pain and misery. We believe fitness can and should be FUN. So we’re encouraging people to turn their back on January cliches and begin enjoying their workouts with FitXR—starting the new year as they mean to go on (for the other 334 days).
