ARRAY TOOL STAIRS

Making stairs that are perfectly aligned can be done using the array tool.
With your snap and duplicate tools turned on, grab the bottom snap point and duplicate a copy of the cube to the top snap point. After releasing the object, you will now be able to thumbstick right towards the array tool, and create as many steps as you need.
Important

  • One trick with stairs is to make them non collidable, and use an invisible ramp under the stairs. This provides smooth upwards motion.

With snapping turned off, turn on your duplicate tool, then grab a duplicate copy of the stump, apply a slight amount of shrinking, with a bit of rotation, and release it at the edge of the stump.
